South of town, overlooking the battlefield, the Lion’s Mound is an artificial hill topped by a cast-iron lion. At its foot is a rotunda housing the Panorama of the Battle, a vast circular painting. Nearby, the Memorial 1815 is an underground center illustrating the battle’s historic importance.

Plot summary

A young director disgusted by the financing system of the movie industry decides to shoot a movie made from live scenes without any financial support in order to denounce the difficulties to achieve a cinematographic project in Belgium.
