A desperate alien, last survivor of a once infamous race of galactic invaders, is lonely. Only accompanied by warrior robot it discovers a new planet with pretty strange beings on it: Earth. Earth is under control of a global dictatorship by the world president. So there's lots of space for a new dictator. The alien takes on the fight and soon sees itself in the middle of a revolution by the people for the alien.
