Plot summary

From bribery to brutality to blatant frame-ups, police Detective Billie Palmer (Alison Eastwood) closes cases by any means necessary. As the Department of Internal Affairs descends upon her precinct, Palmer is assigned to investigate a baffling series of ritual murders that could be connected to the death of her own mother. With the help of the Rev. Kevin (John Rhys-Davies), a priest with a dark past, Palmer struggles to finger the perpetrator before he kills again.
