This time a killer is resurrected during the aftermath of Malachi's capture by a special FBI task force. Once more, the tortured soul of Lizzie Stillborn (Lisa Vaccaro), breathes life and rises from her grave to seek revenge against those responsible for her death and for the death of her child. As the body count continues to mount, lone survivor agent Samantha Faucet (Michael Centi), along with her many unique companions, embark on a mission to put an end to the carnage.
