Brad has come to the crossroads in his life. He's 30 years old, lives with his parents and has a dead-end job as a pizza delivery driver. He is disrespected by his parents, his boss, his customers, a hooker, and even his best friend. Throughout the movie Brad undergoes a building psychosis. He feels pathetic, like a disappointment and a complete failure. Brad becomes angry at the world for the hand he has been dealt. He suffers from multiple mental disorders, which progressively worsen as he falls further into insanity. The film climaxes when Brad finally snaps.
