Grundsund is a locality situated in Lysekil Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It had 627 inhabitants in 2010. It is located in the middle Bohusläns outer coastal strip, 25 km south of municipal seat of Lysekil and 40 km west of Uddevalla.
