There and Back Filming Locations

Hughie is a past master at the well-known art of "double-cross." When he uses the old "sitting up with a sick friend" alibi, it misfires and although Wifey allows him to believe that she believes him, she plots to trail him to see the sick friend herself. Hughie chuckles to himself at how easily he has deceived her and starts off to have a jolly time. In the cabaret, Hughie starts a flirtation with the vamp detective his wife hired for the purpose, and is having a jolly time when Wifey enters. Hughie sees her first and beats a strategic retreat with a table covering his maneuver. When Wifey, baffled in her search, returns home, she is met by her irate husband, who jumps out of bed and demands to know where she has been. She explains and begs forgiveness for suspecting him. After delivering a little lecture to her, Hughie is satisfied to let the matter rest.
