Two rival hotel owners, one of whom owns a three-star hotel and other an ordinary roadside hotel, which is akin to a slum. The ambitious owner of the three-star hotel, Firoz Chowdhury (A.T.M. Shamsuzzaman), is apprehensive about the smaller hotel. To further complicate matters, the owner of the low-grade hotel, Raja (Riaz) loves Priya (Purnima), Chowdhury's only daughter. Priya is a vivacious and confident city girl. While Chowdhury gets anxious about these developments, Raja is in no mood to compromise.
