The curiosity about who is the creature of flesh behind the numerous layers of makeup, fancy clothes and colorful wigs has always been present in the imagination of the people, even if unspoken. More than characters from the entertainment of the night, drag queens are art in motion, but had to face many challenges to win a prominent place in the culture. Through the exciting testimonials of drag queens Brazilian and the former participants of the reality show Rupaul's Drag Race, the documentary "TupiniQueens" highlights the challenges, specificities, glories and portrays the transformation in society, with the influence of the international phenomenon Ru Paul, from stigmatized to idolized.
