Plot summary
In the far west, a cynical, opportunistic hustler named Valente Manso find a dying priest who has been attacked by heartless thieves. The priest confuses him with a newly arrived priest and begs him to go the town of San Isidro and help its people from the bandits commanded by the evil Jimmy Rojas that terrorizes the little town. Valente moved by the plea of the dying man promises that he will go to San Isidro and he will be the new spiritual guide of the town but a new priest is the last thing that San Isidro needs...
