Plot summary

Grethe moves from the country to Copenhagen with dreams of a better life. Here she meets the swindler Johan, who brings her into disability - so when her friend Anne Marie comes to town to look for Grethe, she has disappeared. Anne Marie does not give up so easily, but she must be careful not to fall into the traps of the big city and become one of the young girls who disappear in Copenhagen.
