Valentine's Day (2008)
Ben Valentine (Rhys Muldoon) has totally lost his way in the world. Drunk and directionless, he finds himself in trouble with the law in the small Victorian country town of Rushworth. Mistakenly identified as famous AFL footballer Ben Valentine, he is sentenced to 200 hours of community service... in the form of coaching the town's 'no-hoper' football team. Teetering on the brink of demise, if they don't win three out of the next four games, not only will they have to merge with their arch rivals, but their beloved pie factory Dick's will be sold. For the proud, close-knit community, the future is looking bleak. With so much riding on the outcome of the next couple of games, Ben begins to realise how important his role is, and starts to care about this football mad community. But will he be able to pull it off? Will the town accept who this drifter really is?
