Plot summary
Madame Lisa and her favorite employee set smoking, dressing and talking about mundane issues like firing troublesome prostitutes, their belief or non belief in mysticism, the ebb and flow of the economy and their persisting disenchantment with the call-girl business, as they often humorously refuse to answer the door for clients. All filmed with patience in front of a static camera. The banality, anxiety and alienation of women in this industry has rarely been as original, humorous and matter of fact.
