Oberschöneweide is a German locality within the Berlin borough of Treptow-Köpenick. It is, with Niederschöneweide, part of the geographic area of Schöneweide. Until 2001 it was part of the former borough of Köpenick.

The quirky Bergmannkiez area is known for thrift shops, laid-back cafes and the landscaped Viktoriapark. Huge department store Kaufhaus des Westens, or KaDeWe, attracts upscale shoppers and foodies to its gourmet floor. Quirky galleries and Turkish eateries and grocers dot Potsdamer Strasse. Families stroll through sprawling Schöneberger Südgelände park, on the site of a former rail yard.
