Lolo is a 10-year-old Andalusian (Spanish) boy who moves to New York City with his family. Set in 1985, Lolo only knows about America from the movies he's watched in his neighborhood cinema: "Back to the Future", "The Goonies" and "The Karate Kid". Today Lolo and his grandma decide to go down to their community swimming pool, but something unexpected will cause Lolo to confront all his fears at once. Because sometimes a simple decision --even at the age of 10-- can change the rest of your life. . .
